- For internal coils, the coil is often fabricated separately using materials such as stainless steel or other alloys. The coil is shaped according to the design specifications, ensuring proper configuration and length.
- The vessel is fabricated based on the design specifications. The material chosen for the vessel depends on factors such as the intended application, pressure ratings, and material compatibility with the contents.
- If using an internal coil, it is integrated into the vessel during the fabrication process. For external coils, the jacket is designed and added to the vessel. The coils are positioned to provide efficient heat transfer.
