- Design and Engineering: The process begins with designing the pickling line according to the specific requirements and application needs. This includes determining the size, capacity, and features of the pickling line.
- Material Procurement: High-quality materials are sourced for constructing the pickling line components, including acid spray systems, immersion tanks, conveyor belts, and control panels. These materials are selected for their durability, corrosion resistance, and compatibility with pickling chemicals.
