SUMIT experience includes the engineering and fabrication of customized TWO/MULTI–stage scrubbers utilizing. This type of system is common when there is a high pollutant loading, multiple pollutants, or when removal efficiencies greater than 99.9% are required.

- Engineers and environmental specialists collaborate to determine the specific requirements of the scrubber based on the type and concentration of pollutants in the gas stream.
- Design considerations include the choice of materials, dimensions, and the configuration of the two-stage scrubber.

SUMIT provide completed the design, build, installation and commissioning of a two/multi -stage scrubbing system to reduce emissions from industrial waste processing.
The system included two/multi packed towers in series, recirculation pumps & pipe work, chemical dosing equipment, extract fan, discharge stack, control instrumentation & control panels. SUMIT also fabricated and installed ducting to join the new scrubbers to the client’s process by connecting to existing ductwork.
