Company Overview:
Polytech Projects LLP is a Manufacturer, Supplier, and Exporter of Inline Wire Pickling Line in South Africa.
Our Manufacturing Unit is in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
An Inline Wire Pickling Line is designed to remove oxides, scale, and other contaminants from wire surfaces.
This process enhances the quality of the wire and prepares it for subsequent processing, such as drawing or coating. The line operates continuously, ensuring efficiency and high throughput.
Process of Inline Wire Pickling Line:
Wire Feeding: Raw wire is fed into the pickling line from a coil or spool to begin the cleaning process.
Surface Preparation: The wire undergoes pre-treatment, including mechanical descaling to remove scale and rust.
Pickling: The wire passes through tanks with acidic pickling solutions that eliminate oxides and impurities.
Rinsing: After pickling, the team rinses the wire thoroughly with water to neutralize the acid and eliminate any remaining contaminants.
Drying: The rinsed wire is dried using hot air or other methods to prevent oxidation before further processing.
Coating or Finishing: Depending on the end-use, the wire may receive additional treatments, such as coating with zinc or other protective layers.
